Waitlist privacy

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address so we can tell you when ODDSZILLA launches on browser and mobile.
We only email you about ODDSZILLA launch news: release date, early access and major announcements.
You can remove your email at any time with the form below or the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
We never store your IP address. We keep a scrambled version of it (a salted hash) only to block spam sign-ups.
No ads, no selling or sharing your email, no tracking cookies on this site.

Who is responsible

ODDSZILLA is made by Oddszilla, based in Tokyo, Japan (the "data controller"). Contact for anything privacy-related: team@oddszilla.xyz.

What we store

Data	Why
Email address	To send you ODDSZILLA launch news.
Date and time you signed up and gave consent	To show that you asked to receive these emails.
Browser language, device type (mobile / tablet / desktop), country (from our hosting provider), the site that linked you here and campaign tags in the link	To write the news in the right language, and to know whether players are waiting for the browser or the mobile version.
Salted hash of your IP address	To limit how many sign-ups one network can make per hour (anti-spam). It cannot be turned back into your IP address.
A random unsubscribe code	So every email can carry a one-click unsubscribe link.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box when you join (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); Japan's APPI). You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect emails already sent. The salted IP hash is kept under our legitimate interest in keeping the list free of spam (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who handles it

The site and the waitlist database run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages and D1), which processes the data on our behalf and may store it outside your country, including in the United States, under its standard data protection terms. When we send launch emails we may use an email delivery provider acting on our behalf; we will name it on this page before the first email goes out. We never sell or give your email to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or at most 24 months after the last launch email we send, whichever comes first. Unsubscribing deletes your entry right away.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object, by emailing team@oddszilla.xyz. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Japan, to the Personal Information Protection Commission.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, trackers or fonts: everything is served from oddszilla.xyz.
